Other companies came in to measure and quote but it felt that they just wanted to sell to us. The difference with Harrisons and Dave, their local Harrisons franchise owner, was that Dave was genuine and he was completely engaged with us and concerned with our outcome. With a family of 5, and both working they made it convenient and worked to our time frame. He also showed us options and had us look at them in various rooms in the house plus stand on them so we could feel the differences with the underlay options as well. His friendly advice was exceptional.
The carpet they chose was a Zen3 Triexta product called Sorrento. The carpet is a high performer with excellent fade and stain resistant qualities as well as being soft and luxurious to touch. Our new carpet has made it feel like a home says Gemma the carpet is so soft and has a real richness and warmth.
