Paul and his team are outstanding! Nothing was too much of a problem, making the entire process easy, efficient and stress free. His team are super friendly and very helpful. Many businesses have a pretty good team but the one thing that often bugs me is a lack of communication. This was never an issue with Paul, checking in before the work was carried out and after the work was done. Cannot recommend Paul and his team enough!

We were extremely satisfied with the whole process from consultation to completion. Paul, from Harrisons, was particularly attentive and patient with us, as an elderly couple who rarely purchase carpets, over a number of weeks, helping us to find a particular colour and style for our lounge that matches our existing colours, style, and comfort. The carpet looks sumptuous, and the feel of the carpet underfoot is very bouncy, thick and luxurious. We had visited other carpet providers in the area. None of them had been able to come up with the style or the colour of carpet that Paul found. The samples were brought to us at home by Harrisons, rather than us going to them and lugging carpet samples backwards and forwards. We had considerable advice, time and input in a non-pressured, understanding and empathic manner which we appreciated very much. The whole process was very smooth, skilful, and effective. Thank you.
