We had Russ come and measure up and provide excellent suggestions regarding colour choices, sustainability, value for money options, and suggestions on how to have all of the 30 year old carpets ethically disposed of even though we were only having Harrisons carpeting installed in the 4 bedrooms, passage and study. He never pressured us to make a decision and managed to get the same discount for us even when we took a little longer to find the money we needed to install the right carpets for our needs.
