Excellent service from Harrisons Carpet, Hobsonville. Good pricing and options, and the vinyl and carpet were laid on time and with as little disruption as they could possibly manage. Given this was a refit of a very busy office during work hours, this was an amazing achievement. A big thank you also goes to the contractors that Sue engaged for the job - Dan from Boyce Flooring and Daniel from the Flooring Company. Daniel and his team worked around us and were excellent to deal with. We even asked Sue to arrange the plumber to move the toilets while vinyl was being laid, and again Rhys from Paragon Plumbing was perfect.

We love our carpet; it looks great and has completely transformed our home. Selecting what we wanted was super easy. We had a whole house lot installed, which was a big job, but Harrisons made it as stress-free as possible. Their jewel in the crown was, without a doubt, the installers Daniel and Zack. They were friendly, super-efficient, and total professionals. Nothing was a problem, whether a help with a lift or a super suggestion of changing the look of the stairs with a bullnose fit. Perfect. To top it off, we had blinds and curtains installed that go super well with the look of our house. Harrisons top job, we thoroughly recommend you and will be customers again.

The tradesman phoned the evening before confirming he would be coming and was on time in the morning, which was great. He laid our vinyl planking down in the kitchen and did a very good job. I am fussy about corners and angles, and every one was measured and fitted perfectly. He left the place spotless after the job was finished. I recommend him for doing such a neat job. An added bonus: he brought his delightful Blue Merle Border Collie, who waited patiently in his van the entire time, having a run in the local park at lunchtime. Such a super, obedient, beautiful dog too.

We did hybrid wooden flooring and carpet with Sue. She came to our house with her van full of samples and sat down with us to understand what we wanted. She worked hard to get our job as we were also getting a quote from Carpet Court. She was very knowledgeable about the product, and the price was very competitive. Installation for both products was seamless. Both contractors were professional and did an outstanding job. Would highly recommend Sue.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience in dealing with Sue Turley at Harrisons Carpets. Sue did extremely well and was extraordinarily patient as I made up my mind in finding the end result. The carpet I finally chose is just absolutely fabulous. Sue probably wouldn’t say it, but for me the whole process was seamless. Choices were there, and extra effort was made to ensure Harrisons gave me the best price for the right carpet grade. Sue went above and beyond to make recarpeting a minor, satisfying event. The layer Shayne was such a nice guy, commending how much he enjoyed the job as he often didn’t lay good quality wool carpet such as what I now have. Carpet was laid in the beginning of August, and I still enjoy that barefoot moment. Soft and luxurious. I’ve used Harrisons for insulation 2 years ago, and now carpet—looking after the garage is next. Thanks so much Harrisons—you’re the best.

Great service. Sue really got to know me and was able to make a choice of vinyl with me quickly and without any drama. She is easy to trust and has not let me down. Bryan and Sue Turley came to my townhouse at 32H Point Ridge Ave two months ago when I replied to an advertisement for Harrisons Carpets Hobsonville. They were very knowledgeable and helpful right from the beginning of the process. I had a lot of wood flooring, and they mapped out what would look better if most of it was removed. They had carpet samples which they brought into the unit so I could sort through and pick the colour I would like. My family and I are just so appreciative of their expertise, and my unit looks just fabulous thanks to them. There was no hard sell from them, just suggestions as to what colours might look best.
