The process started with Harrisons being recommended by a neighbour then a visit from Danny who showed us samples, answered our questions then measured and quoted for carpet and vinyl
The vinyl layer did a fantastic job, then a few weeks later the carpet was laid to our complete satisfaction. Our apartment has been transformed.
We have had many positive comments from friends and highly recommend Harrisons to do a professional and efficient job

These days it seems many businesses have alluring websites and snappy marketing phrases promising 'complete customer satisfaction'. But so often, dealing with them brings disappointment and a realisation that they're not at all motivated to go the extra mile to deliver on expectations.
With Danny, Steph and Kyle from Harrisons we enjoyed great communication, excellent appointment keeping schedules, expert measuring and fitting, and an overall feeling that we'd made the right choice.

Just wanted to say thank you so much to Danny Biddlecombe from Mt Albert and the installation team who had to deal with our 2 day install. Wonderful service from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised out of all the options how reasonably priced Harrisons is. We adore the carpet and really grateful for all the advice and patience. We had no idea what we've been missing out on for years but the kids are stoked they are no longer grazing their knees on sisal in their room and the cats are even sleeping in awkward positions in awkward places to experience the maximum softness. Would recommend to anyone who is considering new carpet. Plus we had our first stain incident and the blood came out just fine hahahahaha ‪#‎clumsykids‬ ‪#‎thankgodforstudentproof‬.
