Had the pleasure of having new carpet installed in our house, The whole process from the initial contact to completion of install was pain free and easy. We were very pleased with the service. The carpet layers arrived at 8.30 as indicated. They were very efficient and had the old carpet out in a short time. They moved the furniture and very quickly set about preparing the floor for the new underlay and carpet. They were finished by 2.30 having tidied up and vacuumed the floor. We were very impressed with their efficiency and cheerful attitude.

Really efficient communication and the floor laying team are also a great team of guys who work really well together. This is my second time working with Harrisons. I'll be doing it again next year. Great experience using Harrison’s. Caitlin was great she came out with a range of different carpets and let us take our time picking she even dropped some samples for a second look. We went with the wool Alexandra carpet and are very happy with it. The team of layers were very friendly and professional they did a great job. Our 3 bedroom house was all finished in a day. The layers also helped cut and make some rugs that fit the spots perfectly (even cut in edges to fit around door frames etc).

Thank you to Caitlin and the team. The whole process has been very straightforward, even with our many requests to delay the install. We are very happy with the finished look and we have had many comments already.
