We are so happy with the service provided by Neil and Kirsty at Harrisons Bay of Plenty. We were deciding between them and a competitor to do hard flooring and carpet in our home and ultimately chose Harrisons due to the products they offered. From start to finish they made the process very easy. Everything was on time and exactly as promised. We are over the moon with the result! The contractors they used to lay the flooring (in our case, laminate and carpet) were on time, professional, and very efficient. We had one small issue with baseboard undercutting which they rectified within 24 hours and we are very happy with the solution. There was no pushback and they were eager to help. Overall, I couldn't rate Harrison's Bay of Plenty any higher, fantastic. Thanks so much, Neil and Kirsty!

My experience with Harrisons was awesome! Neil who did my initial measure and quote was great. He was very honest about what kind of carpet would suit my needs and i didnt feel like i was being upsold the whole time, everything he said made sense. I had some issues with covid in my household the day before install was supposed to happen and the team at Harrisons we're more than accomodating to reschedule my install. Final results are awesome. A breeze to work with and would highly recommend to anyone.
