Great service from Amy and her team at Harrisons Rodney - we love our new carpet! It was great having Amy come out to our house to show me the carpet samples and then leave a few so I could get the rest of the family's opinion - I'm too indecisive! The new carpet is great quality (oh so comfortable), the price was competitive and the installation was excellent. We have a two-storey house and needed to get the downstairs done as it was flood damaged and had been half ripped out, but we had a lot of things happening at the time (including a house guest for 8 weeks) and couldn't face doing the whole house at that same time. Amy was happy for the installation to be split, which meant we could get some walls painted etc before the new carpet went down in the upstairs area. We were then also able to install the upstairs carpet over 2 days so that we could move furniture around in between, making the installation less daunting as we didn't have to move furniture between the levels! I would recommend Harrisons Rodney to anyone looking to replace their carpet.

Excellent customer service - prompt communication, Amy was able to arrange everything over the phone and measure and install was seamless. Amy was fantastic at managing the entire process to coincide with property settlement, even recommending carpet colour via emailed photos. My house is transformed with the new carpet and I highly recommend Harrison’s for flooring.

We needed to replace our tired carpet in the whole house and contacted Amy Cantlon from Harrisons and she was amazing! She was bright and cheerful and loved our dog! She gave excellent advice and was very patient while I went back and forth between all the choices ! After deciding…I changed my mind and it was no problem! Back she came and we made our final choice. We booked a date but then the rain continued and as we live in a lifestyle block and have kids and pets we pushed the install date back and that was all sorted by Amy! The installation was perfect! The carpet is perfect and we are so happy with everything! I really can’t recommend Amy enough….she will do what ever she can to make the experience of spending a lot of money on carpet as pleasurable as possible and I Will definitely recommend her to others and use again when we move! It was a pleasure to work with her and so pleased the installation was as good!

Absolutely great service from everyone involved. Amy did amazing with showing and suggesting colours and timing the installation of the flooring and the carpet and accomodating for everything I needed. Would totally hit Amy up again if I was to re-do my floors and carpet. I love my new flooring!!!

Very professional team. Amy could not have been more helpful and gave us very good advice. The floor layers were quick, tidy and did a great job. Harrisons should be the starting point for anyone wanting to renew their floor covering.
