Our recent experience with Harrisons Carpet & Flooring - Waikato North was simply outstanding. The entire process from purchasing to installation was extremely easy and stress-free. The flooring consultant, Dan, was extremely knowledgeable about the products we chose and gave great advice about which ones would best suit our Home. Cody, Neiko and Kahu were all very professional when installing the vinyl and carpet respectively. They worked quickly and efficiently while still providing excellent workmanship. Lastly, Janine and Immanuela from the after sales team provided great customer service in making sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase.

We engaged Harrisons Carpet to purchase and install the vinyl and carpet for our home. Dan was great and very patient whilst I browsed through the samples. Jason and his young helper did the installation and they were amazing, very efficient, helpful and friendly. We had a hiccup due to bad weather on day one but they completed the job on day two which was fantastic. Definitely recommend, very competitive prices too!

Dan was very nice and helpful with the samples and what would suit. Paul who laid the linoleum was very particular and did a great job.
Once the flooring was down it was a little darker than we thought as it’s quite hard to get a true picture of what it will look like but is still very nice. Very happy with service.

Can't recommend Dan and his team enough! He came back to do the measure up 3 times due to our indecisiveness, and then the installers worked around an unexpected power outage to get it done over 2 days. We are really happy with the service and the quality of the job!

We are absolutely delighted with our new laminate floor which was laid by a craftsman. The old flooring was lifted (and removed by Harrisons), floor levelled, skirtings undercut, and new floor laid. It looks amazing and cannot speak highly enough of the original discussion with Dan in the Waikato, laying of the floor, and after sales service. Won't go past them when I need flooring in other parts of the house. Thank you so much!
