We didn’t have to wait very long for a quote for vinyl from Shaun. He was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. The first shipment was damaged in transit and Shaun was very apologetic although not his fault. He kept us informed of progress for the second batch and when it arrived installation was booked for an only a couple of days later. James, the installer, was very work focused and the final result a distinct improvement over the original. A good experience all round.

Shaun is fast, friendly and so well priced I could not believe how quickly he came back to me with a really great price - and when it came time to lay the carpet - I got a call the night before checking in from both Shaun and the carpet layer confirming timing. When the carpet layer arrived he was so polite and friendly he even helped me move my big heavy fridge. 100% recommend Shaun and James brilliant job!

Shaun and his team were a pleasure to deal with. They showed up on time, were extremely sensitive, respectful and helpful. It is not easy when you nearing and over 80 to deal with a full recarpet of your home however Sean's team made the process very easy.

Absolutely recommend Harrison’s. The whole process was seamless. Shaun visited at a day/time that suited us and when we wanted to look at different samples than we originally planned on, this was not a problem at all for Shaun. Quote was reasonable and accurate and vinyl arrived within a good timeframe. Our installer, Brad, was amazing, did a professional job and we are really happy with the finished project. We will definitely use Harrison’s again when we are ready for our new carpet :-)

We have never left a review before. But in this instance, we felt we could not keep it to ourselves. We can't speak highly enough of Shaun. Don't waste your time trawling to all the different shops. Get him to come to you. He is great to deal with. Very knowledgeable and professional. He thought of things we hadn't even considered. The installation happened when he said it would and looks amazing. The installer was absolutely awesome. They are a top team. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
