Ambiance uses New Zealand wool that is handwoven into a chunky textured plain floor rug that is luxuriously thick. Ideal for use in a bedroom or sitting room, but is not suited to use in high traffic areas. Hand woven in Northern India, using traditional techniques. Our suppliers are active members of Care & Fair, investing in education and health care in carpet weaving areas.

Delivery
Orders before 2pm Monday to Friday, aim to dispatch next day. Standard delivery is 2-5 business days (rural deliveries maybe be a little longer). There may be times where we are unable to ship all items within the same delivery.
Returns
If for some reason you are not happy with your accessories, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange (excluding postage) of your unused item in original packaging. Return postage costs covered by the customer.
